Happy birthday @kimkardashian. Serra, a Brazilian candidate in the presidential elections, was recently hit by debris thrown by some Workers Party (PT) members while campaigning in Rio de Janeiro for his election. Those believe he feigned pain, much like Chilean goalkeeper Rojas did in a soccer game in Brazil.
Jos Serra, the brazilian candidate in the presidential elections for the PSDB (Brazilian Social-Democratic Party), was recently hit by a paper ball allegedly thrown by some Workers Party (PT) supporters while campaigning in Rio de Janeiro's streets for his election. He feigned that he was injured 20 minutes after the paperball had hit him, trying to create public commotion by stating that he was hit by a larger object without any proof of it. He accused his opponent, but nobody really bought it, they know it was all planned by him and his party to get attention. His action was compared to the famous fake injury simulated by Rojas, a former chilean goalkeapper, that took place in Maracana, 1989. It means 'on 31st vote for 13'; 13 is the number for Dilma Roussef, PT (Worker's Party)' candidate for Brazilian Presidental Elections.
October 27 is the birthday of Brazil's President Luis Inacio "Lula" da Silva. After eight years as president and 83% approval in his government, Lula celebrates 65 years old. The tag was created by Dilma Rousseff, who runs for president of Brazil for Lula's party (Worker's Party), to congratulate the President Lula.
Means '13 on them'. Promoted by supporters of Dilma Rousseff, presidential candidate of Brazil. 13 is her number.
Brazilians are complaining about the bias of the major weekly news conservative magazine Veja, from Grupo Abril ('mente' means lies). Veja lies and deliberately distorts news reports and sometimes they even fabricate reports without backing it with any empirical evidence, only anecdotal ones (ie: their last edition stated that they had an audio tape to back up their accusations, but until now no video/audio tape has come into public). So Paulo state, under the government of the right-wing conservative party PSDB (Brazilian Social Democracy Party) for 24 years, keeps public contracts with the magazine that transferred to its parent holding, Grupo Abril, a total of US$ 20.414.395,60. These contracts are under the investigation of the State Prosecution Office in a claim made by Ivan Valente of the PSOL (Socialism and Freedom Party).
Some People are declaring vote for Dilma, Workers Party candidate to succeed Lula in Brazil's presidential election this Sunday.
The term (meaning "thousand-faced Serra") was used by Dilma, presidential candidate of Brazil, the debate on television station Band, referring to the alledged lack of coherence in her opponent's acts and speeches.
Dilma Presidente do Brasil. Dia 31 vote 13 #soumaisdilma.
